Please note that although Polokwane, Nelspruit, Witbank & Welkom are listed as Dawn Wing main centres, all orders dispatched to these regions will attract an Outlying Area fee because of the additional delivery leg from Johannesburg to these various branches.
- The above delivery fees are calculated based on the Postal Code stipulated during the checkout process - please ensure that the correct Postal Code is used for the delivery address provided.
- The above estimated delivery time is from the date of confirmation of your order.
- Please note that all orders must be in before 2pm for it to be dispatched the very next day. Orders placed after 2pm in the afternoon will only be confirmed the following morning.
- Orders placed on a Friday will only be cleared the following Monday.
- You will receive tracking information on your confirmed order via text message.
- Please take into account we do not deliver on public holidays.
- Some delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand. This will be clearly stated at the top of this page and on the basket page, a clear indication of the delay will be given.
- Hi-Tec currently only delivers within South Africa and Delivery charges are calculated per order.
- Hi-Tec SA guarantees that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise on the Delivery and Basket pages. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery.
Delivery Address Details
Dawn Wing only delivers to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. Dawn Wing requires that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?
Yes, someone else can sign for delivery on your behalf. On our checkout page, you also have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address to your own.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
A text message will be sent to you by Dawn Wing when your purchase has been dispatched, giving you your tracking number and detail on how to track your order. A second text message will be sent to confirm that your order will be delivered that day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order online through the Dawn Wing portal www.dawnwing.co.za using your tracking number. All these details will be sent to you via text message.
Where do we deliver to?
We currently only deliver within South Africa.
